The European Investment Bank is much better than Commercial Banks as it loans out large sums of money to cover 50% of projects which satisfy its criteria. It does not charge interest rates which makes it a very attractive place from which to loan money. However the projects must satisfy certain criteria and a limitation is imposed on both repayment time and commencement of the project.
